Advertising agreement

Advertising on Pushpin's indoor network agreement:
I've reviewed and approved my campaign to be visible on the Pushpin Kiosk network. "I understand Pushpin offers advertising space on digital platforms only. The supplier guarantees that the paid running time on our network will be maintained. In the event of power failures or maintenance exceeding 72 hours, the Pushpin kiosk will extend/refund the lost time equally. Refunds will only be given for unused time once the campaign enters a new cycle; at that point, it's considered used time. Campaigns accepted on our platform are the applicants' sole responsibility. We do not provide any personal or company information regarding your campaign. Providing you choose all kiosks at the time of sale.  Your campaign will be added to the new kiosk at no charge. Billing will be a one-time payment due at the contract agreement. At the end of your campaign, your message will be removed from the network, and no further billing will be issued.  Ending the campaign prematurely: will forfeit the remaining time in the cycle. Campaigns cannot conflict with the host. For example, if a kiosk's host sells candy, related ads may not be displayed at that location. You will not be charged for this location. All campaigns may be extended from 10-second slots. This feature will double, triple the cost.   Editing campaigns will be allowed three times per campaign for annual sales only. Pushpin is a family business, and we do not tolerate inappropriate ads. Any inappropriate advertising will be disregarded. I have read and agree to these terms with the understanding of the contract agreement between Pushpin Kiosk. 

Kiosk host agreement

Becoming a host agreement:

To become a host, you must meet Pushpin standards and agree to all conditions below. ! Pushpin covers 100% of programming and kiosk damage.

  1. Open five days a week or more

  2. Clear floor space to display

  3. Power outlet for kiosk/sign

  4. Three-month notice for kiosk/sign removal

  5. Hosts are not to tamper with signs/kiosks in any way

  6. Kiosk & sign rentals are annually and payments are due upfront

  7. Hosts can not give quotes or sell advertising slots unless the kiosk/sign is a private display.

  8. The kiosk only offers one free slot for business names and hours.

  9. Only large spaces food Markets/Laundromats can request digital sign

  10. Rentals will end after 12 months and be removed if not renewed

  11. Wall-hanging signs removal: Pushpin will only be responsible for screw holes to be filled in, no painting!

  12. The kiosk will display Pushpins advertisements unless the host upgrades to private media.

  13. It is our discretion to approve or disapprove of the location without basis. 

  14. If the kiosk or sign is damaged we will only replace it once before canceling the location

  15. Allow access to the kiosk/sign for updates and repairs.

  16. Free service may not be accessible if the system is refreshing (Wifi & Wireless phone charging)

Missing pet & Charity agreement

Missing pet & Charity agreement Pushpin Bulletin Board agreement: This campaign lasts up to 6 weeks. The phone number on the application will be used on the flyer. When the campaign ends, your advertisement will be removed from the network. You can relist as many times as slots are available. Pushpin free advertising is an event in which the sole purpose of the street, indoor, or online activity is to raise money, donate goods, or provide free services to the community by or for a specific nonprofit organization.​The following advertisements will not be approved for this section: Help Wanted, For sale, marketCraft showRentalsPaid servicesElection campaign ads, Dating services of any kind, Psychic

Pushpin WI-FI Agreement:
 
Hotspot subscription cancellations must be submitted before entering a new billing cycle. Once you enter a new billing cycle, you will be charged one month of service. The billing cycle starts on the day of the sale. The $100.00 sale is nonrefundable! It covers the sale of the router and the first month of service. You own the equipment. Damages or non-working products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser! Exchanges will be granted to customers only if the unit arrives at DOA. After one year, we will upgrade your wifi router for free if needed. We do not guarantee the speed of service.

Renting kiosk policy

Pushpin kiosk requires the following for kiosk rentals. The renter agrees to all terms and conditions.  

  1. One-year lease

  2. Early cancellation will deduct $450.00 from the annual payment.

  3. Pushpin will only replace a damaged sign once.

  4. No tampering with the sign or kiosk; all repairs are to be filled by Pushpin Kiosk until the end of the agreement.

  5. At the end of the agreement, you may keep the kiosk/signs or return them.

  6. Pushpin kiosk will not be responsible for any holes in the walls from the signs

  7. Power outages not related to signs/kiosks will not be refunded. (Signs/kiosk will not power on due to damage)

  8. Pushpin kiosk has 36 hours to repair programming errors.

  9. Theft of the kiosk must be reported to the police.
